We adopt our pets with the expectation that they will be 
indoor companions and considered members of the family.

Adoption Application::
Before adopting a pet an adoption application must be filled out and approved.

*Applications may take 24 to 48 hours for approval.

Adoption Fees::
$10.00 Processing Fee

The Logan County Humane Society requires that a new companion be spayed/neutered, vaccinated (Distemper/Parvo and Rabies), dewormed and a general health check. This will generally range between $75-$100.

There are other factors that can significantly reduce the cost. If an animal has been relinquished by its owner and has already been altered, is current on vaccinations, the adopter of course, will not need to pay for these services. Only the $10.00 processing fee will be required.

The adopter may take their new companion to the veterinarian of their choice. Price will vary according to the individual veterinarian fee schedule.
